Our copper inserts are precision CNC machined from 99.9% pure copper, with diamond/straight knurl outer surface for firm embedding in plastic & SMC composite materials. Equipped with standard metric internal threads, they solve thread stripping problems of plastic housings, meanwhile providing excellent electrical conductivity and heat dissipation for electrical enclosures, meter boxes and electronic equipment.
We support injection molding embedding, hot melt pressing, ultrasonic insertion and cold press installation. All sizes & structures can be customized according to drawings.
